• Payment Upon Delivery: Full payment in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) must be handed to the courier representative before opening or inspecting the parcel.
• Exact Amount: Customers are advised to keep the exact total order amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier agents may not carry change.
• Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled automatically.
• Non-Acceptance Fee / Abuse: Refusing to accept a COD parcel at the time of delivery without prior written notice to customer support may result in your address or account being blacklisted from future COD purchases on Dastak.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or order confirmation. Dastak is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees are calculated at checkout and added to your total COD amount.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery and settlement of payment with the courier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility Period: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain original tags and packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale/clearance items, customized garments, and stitched/altered orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Refund Process for COD: Since payment is collected via cash, approved refunds will be issued as store credit/vouchers or transferred via direct bank transfer / mobile wallet (e.g., EasyPaisa/JazzCash) upon inspection of the returned items. Cash refunds at the door are not available. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
